Why We Need Inflation. Ever try to tell an employee that he will have to take a cut in pay? With inflation you dont have to.Just dont give him a raise. Can't keep up with your fixed rate debt servicing? Inflation makes it easier. Gov.cant collect enough revenues? Inflation causes tax braket creep. People are hoarding their money? Inflation makes them want to spend it or invest it.
