. . .as the market continues to diminish for a product that has yet to get off the ground . . .

The market is not diminishing, Phillips is just having trouble selling in the US. Scientific Atlanta is selling every set-top box they can produce.

We are also aligned with OPTV who just announced that their software would be ported thru' Pace cable boxes (50% of European market as opposed to Phillips 18% of that market). Spot On and HyperTV is now part of OPTV software package being ported thru these systems. Only Spot On is in the Phillips system.

Stock price is starting to act a little positive with recent announcements on somewhat low volumes. Probably the begining of shortcovering (1.1M shares short) and sporadic buying. Has anyone noticed how the MM's keep trading lots of 500 share blocks around to entice sellers to enter the market (we just went down 20 cents on a few blocks of 500). The big block sellers seem to have disappeared and we seem to have several bidders looking for stock. Technically we are looking a little bullish but would like to see several days of decent volume which may flush out 20-50 cents higher.
