613, I've been averaging down on this stock from the mid 30's. I'd like to get out of this mess too! I'm not going to buy any more at any price. Mine are 4-sale but it looks funny seeing it listed on the island @9.75. At the time of the order it was within reach. It's sad what has happened here in the last week. ART

"Net2Phone's Commercial Success in PC to Phone Market is
Crucial in Making the PC an all Encompassing Communications
Platform of Tomorrow," - iLocus

NEWARK, N.J., Jun 27, 2001 (BUSINESS WIRE) --

iLocus Reports Net2Phone Controls 72% Market Share for PC-to-Phone
Services

Net2Phone Inc. (NTOP) today announced that it has received accolades from
two of the top market research firms covering the Voice over IP industry.

iLocus, a market research group dedicated to the IP telephony industry,
reported that Net2Phone leads the PC-to-phone market, handling about 72%
of both traffic and revenue of the global PC-to-phone market. In its report
entitled "PC-to-Phone: An Industry at Crossroads," analyzing the current
state of the PC-to-Phone industry with a focus on its future prospects, iLocus
states that Net2Phone is the acknowledged industry leader.

"Net2Phone's commercial success in PC to Phone market is crucial in
making the PC an all encompassing communications platform of tomorrow,"
said Roderick Beck, analyst at iLocus. "Net2Phone has clearly emerged as
the leader in the PC-to-phone space with 72% of the market share. Its
success reflects its dominant position in the online marketing channels, and
its pursuit of a traditional paid retail telephony model as opposed to the
mistaken free banner advertising approach."

Frost & Sullivan awarded Net2Phone the Market Engineering Strategic
Alliance Leadership ward, based on its strategic positioning. This award is
given to the company that has demonstrated excellence in strategic alliance
leadership within their industry, improved its market position based on the
development of strategic alliances with firms in competing or related markets,
signifying a company's strategic excellence in developing partnerships and
alliances that result in better customer service, increased profit potential,
improved corporate performance and/or augmented market share. According
to its World VoIP Services Market reported published in May, Net2Phone's
strategic alliances should have a significant impact on the company's
profitability.

"We are honored that iLocus and Frost & Sullivan, both highly respected
sources for market information, have presented us with such praise," said
Howie Balter, CEO of Net2Phone. "We believe our customers, who have been
benefiting from Net2Phone's services for five years, are the truest proof
positive and validation of our company's success, and look forward to
providing more valuable services to customers worldwide for years to come."

Opening the NAZ - Off Topic

You have been warned.

This is not about IDT or even NTOP.

It is about me. Bored? Go read another message.

Some of you may get out your electron microscopes and look at the enclosed pictures and guess which one is me, if I am even visible at all. (H60 found me, but won't blab.) I am a serious investor in Research Frontiers (REFR) and was honored to be invited as they got to open the Nasdaq today. Had to drive to Manhattan, spend the value of a share rto park, and had a load of fun. So much more is coming, all in due time.

nasdaq.com

nasdaq.com

nasdaq.com

Heck, I may see parts of family members in some pictures, and certainly many friends. I do not work for the company in any way, although I do give more advice than anyone could believe and I do own a chunk of it.

Please do not speculate in public or I will have to deny everything! LOL!

In all my time as a serious IDT (and NTOP) investor, they never did anything like this to make me feel at home. And, IDT left the NAZ and will never get the honor of opening it. But, the NYSE has a similar ceremony.

I have not seen a tape, but I think I was on CNBC this morning and any other channels that show the NAZ opening. Also on the NAZ webcam. The technology of SPD windows was demonstrated where all could see and I can assure you much more is coming. Shorts like Asensio have no idea what they are messing with and they will lose bigger the longer they hold out.

Thank you for letting me share. We can now resume our regularly scheduled discussion of NTOP and when MSFT or T or someone will feel like making or discussing a deal.

Bink (tired but happy)
