Over time I have come to think that the power of the FED is waning. Energy prices are dropping and the world economy is about to pick up. this is the driving force. Too bad opec and the fed can't get together to coordinate policies for the benefit of the world. the drop in US gas prices dwarfs the economic impact of the moron president's tax cuts.

The break up of MSFT was always opposed by this thread, we always thought that the breakup order goes beyond the powers of Judge, we are pleased to se this thrown out..

``Although we find no evidence of actual bias, we hold that the actions of the trial judge seriously tainted the proceedings before the District Court and called into question the integrity of the judicial process,'' the court said in its ruling.

``We are therefore constrained to vacate the Final Judgement on remedies, remand the case for reconsideration of the

remedial order, and require that the case be assigned to a different trial judge on remand.''
