Jake, just saw your post after submitting last years list. :-))

I keep up with theirs along with many others such as SSB(they have to be the very worst stock pickers) just to see how they do and for the last couple of years none of them have done well at all.

And it was around that time Fortune magazine featured John Chambers on the cover (May 15, 2000 issue), and asked the question, "Is it too late to buy this stock?"

Well, as it turned out it was NOT too late to SELL the stock at that point of time! Anybody who bought it then and held on to it (because this is a great company, you see, and you hold on to it forever, you see -- don't these guys learn anything from the Nifty Fifty crowd of 1972?) are now sitting on a 60 to 70 percent loss. The stock has to go up 150 to 200 percent from here merely for these folks to break even... All the dreams of raking it in must have been long buried by now.
