Bought some GW this morning at $3.68. Easing in slowly. Just couldn't pass up the opportunity at 12% down intraday. <g>

<<Trying to guess a bottom can turn into dead money for quite a while. Let the stocks turn up. Let the inventories and commodity prices confirm when a turnaround has occurred.

At times like this, I have to remind myself that it isn't the price anymore. It's the trend!

Dead money, how 'bout calling a loss a loss and move on? When the falling knife cut through me in my attempt to do a countertrend on NBR, that's when I looked at the 10 year chart.....and the angle of the dangle on the way down...a perfect mirror.

Well, I did miss the longed for retrace (up 2 points to 43 and change) but I also missed the additional 10% drop!

Short the rallies, let the down trend run.

I give maybe 40% chance we see an beginning quarter up trend as the funds complete their game playing...."I'm not gonna try it...let Mikey try it...he hates everything" (Life cereal commercial in the '80s)
