You are right: I will begin buying sell offs now. I had no desire to buy today and lots of desire to sell (if I had anything to sell) so my psychology is finally changing. I too was trying to begin a "portfolio" (even bought a mutual fund which shows how desparate I've become as mutual funds have done awful for me)....but it is not yet time I think. nevertheless, had I bought dfxi and qlgc when I wanted to I would be up bigtime.
