Generally, the system works that MFN will terminate the fiber in a patch panel in the basement of a building or where ever MFN has a pop in the building. The customer can pay extra to have the dmarc extended to where they need the fiber, but more times than not, the customer has to run that extension.

In that case, the customer owns the connection from the MFN POP to their suite. Also, if the customer adds equipment, at the end of the term the customer takes that equipment back.
