"1. Apologize to Leeza for taking offense to a commonsense recommendation. "

I think he should pay her damages. It seems there was a mishap last night because of one of his posts. She almost had to be taken to the emergency room. Luckily, she found a home remedy. I think given her profile it must have had something to do with hysterical spasms of laughter.

I am glad to see a litigator come to the forefront to indicate that privilege is an issue. Of course, she is probably one of those "would-be propaganda employees" that Ollie is so fond of blaming in his posts.

Ms. Cobalt, I am making a joke.
Don't sue me.

You would think that a son of an international lawyer would be cognizant of the issues surrounding privilege.

I still haven't seen him declare that the secret law firm has decided to take the case/cases. I hope they read every single post of his from the last few days so that they understand what they have on their hands for the lead plaintiff.

This is my ministry:

angelfire.com

What is yours?

I am thinking of joining this one:

geocities.com

I am just not sure I can afford the hat.

In the alternative, I could join that Ministry headed up by the man in the Peter Pan suit. I have the suit. I just can't find his website. Please send it my way if you still have it.

TIA

P.S. Ms. Leeza, I am still waiting on the "so misunderstood whimper whimper MEOW" wav. Please put it on your profile when completed. I do believe my exegesis of your current profile is correct. I think I will keep it to myself for fear of being hit by a Ministry pamphlet ;-)

The Beach Boys
or
Wouldn't it be nice

It is unlikely that Mr. Asser could do anything which would actually undo what is already a done deal. I think the imprint is permanent <g>
It doesn't detract in anyway from the importance of the issue.
It is unlikely that anything I could say would dissuade Mr. Asser from running his intended course, and I presume that details will be forthcoming soon. If you have been reading this thread then you know many lawyers are more than willing to have their names published in association with a class.
The charges leveled by Mr. Asser are indeed, very grave and I know your own path isn't likely to include a lawsuit, but that may not be the case for all readers.
Mr. Asser's contention is that the trade commission has become the basis of the stock recommendation and that brokers and chat site operators are working together.

You see, if Judy was here, she could explain why she never posted again after ahab questioned her motivation in posting certain recommendations, then all would be explained. Chances are she just got in a snit

and thanks Jorj
