Thanks Hawk, there is some really great thinking people who work in the financial arena and have some
exceptional insights into the Markets and the Global Macro Economic environment.

When I post something like that here I try to highlight what I think are some of the key points and concepts or
something that struck me as out of the box thinking. I do try to post bullish and bearish pieces and everything in between, and what's bullish for one market or economy can be bearish for another.

a little note on Help wanted Advertising, It's already lower than the nadir of the 90-91 recession, which I find
interesting and surprising.

The Help-Wanted Advertising index dropped another 5 points in May and stands 16 points lower than January. May's 60 level compares to 85 at the start of the last recession and a 63 level which marked the end of the recession. That is, the index is already lower than the low point of the 1990-91 recession. The chart below tells the story well as hiring has virtually halted as seen in the back to back decline in payroll growth and expectation for another negative read in June. We've highlighted the last recession period with the red marking.
