The company has six directors: Alan C. Savage who also serves as President, Albert F.
Reeve P.Eng., a recipient of the E.A. Scholz medal presented annually by the B.C. and Yukon
Chamber of mines for outstanding contribution to mine development; James G. G. Watt,
a longtime associate of Mr. Savage and G. Arnold Armstrong who brings wide experience
in mining finance and the protocols of stewardship of public companies, Dr. Robert J.
Gayton, FCA, who is Chief Financial Officer of the Company, and Paul F. Saxton.

Paul F. Saxton has built a successful career in mineral exploration, operation and
financing over the past 25 years. He has a strong mine operations background and has
been involved with the construction of mines in Canada and the United States including:
Castle Mountain, California; Nickel Plate Gold, B.C.; American Girl, Arizona; and, notably,
the recently constructed Brewery Creek Mine in the Yukon. Mr. Saxton has been a
director and/or officer of several publicly traded companies and is presently also
director and President of Standard Mining Inc. and Broadlands Resources Ltd.
