A question for all -- in looking at the NQs (and I'm an amateur), it seems to me that they are far above where one would expect with the NDX where it is. Right now, for example, there's a 36 point gap between the NDX and the NQ's whereas normally that's been closer to 16-18. Are the futures, therefore, reflecting a higher MSFT open? (And are QQQ put/call premiums based on the QQQ or the NQs?)

Thanks to any who know the answer. . .

(EDIT: a poster on the Stock Attack board says that expected MSFT prints are reflected in the futures and QQQs and SPYs, etc. The QQQ, I quickly calculate, are up over 5.2% to the NDX's 4.8%, so that could be a tipoff)
