Yeah, I bought a house two years ago in Mission Viejo for 50K down, and am selling it this month for a return of 120K. I did not buy it to resell, but not a bad return. I consider real estate to be a speculation, not an investment.

Well, i'm glad someone is making money. congratulations..

What will you do with the profits? invest it??
