If you take MSFT at roughly 10% of the weighted value of the Dow, SPX or NDX

NDU trading 20pts above fair value cash (includes the buying bias)
SPU trading 3pts above fair value of cash.
I would settle for 12 pts NDX

Where are my maths:
10% of 1834 NDX shoud be 12 pts higher.
1834 *.9 = 1650.6
1834 *.1 = 183.4
12pts is 6.5% of 183.4
70.62 last quote * 1.065 = 75.21
