He DID trash the WH and he DID steal many objects. But no one from the Bush administration is responsible for those stories or the speculation that he might have had Foster killed.

The Clinton induced Microsoft assaulting stock market crash has now ended. After shifting 5 billion dollars of Microsoft's hard earned income to a bunch of Clinton loving lawyers. Microsoft will stay together and carry America's technological dominance to the next worldwide revolution! Today was a great day for America! A great day for technological freedom! A great day for justice! And a great day for tech-stock investors! The Clinton lawyers will now have to find another way to leech a living. And get the hell off the back of a great American company!
