OK, you've proven the US is not the most socialistic country in the world. OTOH, we already knew that. WOW! Children under the poverty level: United States 22.4% Canada 15.5 United Kingdom 9.3 Switzerland 7.8 Sweden 5.0 Germany 4.9 Norway 4.8 I would not have guessed for a second that a higher poverty rate of children proves that the US is more democratic. I feel enlightened know. Thanks so much. Now I understand why the conservatives put so much emphasis in keeping the minimum wage as low as possible. More children at the poverty level ensures our Democratic principles of freedom. God bless you for your help. BTW: The US GDP per capita is around 32,000 but the GDP per capita of Alaska is 50,000; the highest of the 50 States by a wide margin. Why don't you go live there? jttmab
