I'm not sure I liked the way Judge Ito handled himself either. Maybe we could get a retrial?

If you want go to CNNf.com and read the ruling. It is apparent that MSFT will not be broken up and some form of settlement will be the end result.

However, there now will be a new Judge to deal out rulings.

I've learned MSFT is right...having the browser built in is much better and easier to learn and teach new users. A choice of browsers should be available IMO however.
