I am a lawyer, and a litigator

- CobaltBlue

Then you should know better to offer unsolicited legal advice to one who already has secured his own. You're not my lawyer. I did not request your legal advice.

I have asked for general information. I have made that very clear. I am not deposing anyone. The objective is to identify potential plaintiffs. No more, no less. I have requested the following of those who feel they have been aggrieved in the matters I have described:

1. your full legal name, address and telephone number
2. brokerage firms with which you traded
3. sites where you traded
4. commissions you paid
5. capital losses you incurred, if any
6. a brief history of a trading career

This information is almost certainly all known to the defense already. Therefore, there should be little to discover. Extended discussions will of course take place with Counsel, as I have stated previously.
