With NDX, QQQ and the like, there could still be a KOD. With the pullback late in the day, everything remains uncertain.

The bulls seem as uncertain as the bears now.

The Nasdaq volatility index is doing what it did in May after the cut. While it's overbought, it's moving down to new lows (inverse to market). As long as it does that, the outlook remains bullish. But how long can that continue? In May, it went on for a week after the cut.
