Cato Institute has a position often trumpeted by Rush Limbaugh, ie "smoking doesn't kill kids.".. webapp.cdc.gov wri.org You also want proof that some sort of universal health care would be cheaper than what we have now....I don't know if this the proof you want but I find the concept interesting.... internetfreepress.com Bear in mind we have a sort of universal care now......everyone knows that if you don't have insurance you can walk into a clinic or ER and get care even if it's for a bad cold..... This is a very ineffecient and expensive system. Would you change the laws that require hospitals to treat uninsured people?.....
