If you will be so kind, how do you draw a box?

A square for sure with the top or bottom as resistance or support I suppose. But how do you draw the sides, etc?

Can you give a brief explanation re the details of this method?

I understand your boxes (previous support is now resistance) but we are still under the downward channel ( and even bumped off it today).
