I'm initiating coverage on CAT with a strong SELL: Technicals deteriorating: stockcharts.com[h,a]daclyymy[pb50!b200!d20,2][vc60][iUb14!La12,26,9!Lg20] Earnings prospects are bleak, they reaffirmed guidance for Q2 during the earnings release, but cited pressure from the dollar and weaknening Euro economies. Since then Europe is weaker and the Almighty Godbuck is stronger. In addition, two of the areas of strength they cited were increased sales to the oil industry and power generation equipment.
