I just can't see how anyone can claim a lot of confidence. The only certain thing is that oil at $10/brl is too low, and has to go up. But at $26 ? it is right in the middle or upper part of the range. So it is not a sure bargain, as it was 2 years ago. But if you want a sure bargain, then i2 and emc are my picks. Even though I did sell a hundred emc today at 30+. Just couldn't resist 15% profit in a week.
