As a scientist, I would claim that medicine is not a science...medicine is a diagnosis and treatment. In fact, academic institutions refer to science and medicine as different disciplines. That does not mean that there is no science in medicine....e.g., a drug company uses science and delivers the result to Doctor's who diagnose and treat patients...Sometimes we talk about the science of medicine...so the definitions are not quite clear. In any case....Can we not just get along!

I really don't know why you are so upset. All I said was that medicine is not a science and this raises health care costs.
