>>The charge is that RMBS fraudulently induced JEDEC to adopt RMBS' IP as a standard, without telling them that it was RMBS IP.<< this is not the case. rmbs didn't lead jedec to do anything. rmbs watched what jedec was going to do and then took the information (i prefer stole b/c they took something they were contractually obliged not to take!) and included it in their patents. then they laid claim to it. the courts kicked their butt and the only real question is whether rmbs loses those patents that contain the fraud. the implication is that rmbs patents massaged to include sdram and ddr may be stripped from rmbs in their entirety - including the rmbs portion!
