"Name one country where government health care has surpassed the care we have in the US."

The US is 21st in the world in infant mortality, also 21st in the world in life expectancy, is among the highest in the world for breast cancer, and African-American men have the highest rate of prostate cancer in the world.

Countries that probably have at least care equivalent to the US include Japan, Western Europe, and the Scandinavian countries....some of those I know have government run health care systems....

"Why do you think that the rest of the world wants to use our health care and drugs if the care they get is better?"

And your evidence of this is....???? You must be one of those who is convinced that everything good that was ever invented or developed was done in the good ole USA..... You done much traveling outside the country? You might be surprised to find out that other countries have electric lights, cars, and telephones (even cellular ones).
You're probably also convinced, that given an opportunity, everyone in the world would come here to live.
