Tom, I agree with you that the article does not do justice to the last mile issue.... CHTR has a + bullish looking
chart after building a basing area since Dec.

It's been sold at 24 numerous times, but I feel that CHTR will be able to break above 24 later this year.

Revenue growth and cash flow are still expanding.

13:06 ET Charter Comm (CHTR) 23.16 +0.08: Company says that FY01 revenue growth will be 14-16% and operating cash flow growth will be 12-14%. Using the guidance range, FY01 revenues would be $3.7-3.77 bln, a bit below the current First Call consensus of $3.9 bln.


Obviously one thing that an investor can do is wait for it to break out above 24 and close above 24, and then
buy....Or If it dips to the 200 dma which is at 21.02 currently.
