night, stinker is just throwing up a red herring. he knows what i mean and this thread isn't a courtroom. he's like the clinton cronies defending bill's definition of "is" just so folks won't talk aabout the *reaal* issues.

in this case, that rmbs was convicted of civil fraud.

he doesn't want to discuss this FACT. he'd rather fall into ad hominem exposing the weakness of his position.

but, aalas, i see through it as do others. rmbs' actions were illegal and they will pay $350k and, imho, will lose their sdram patents and all royalties. they will have to restate earnings and return all prior sdram related royalties.

that will rock this stock and it is sure, imho.

the bigger question is whether any patents include BOTH the fraud sdram AND the rmbs. if so, can rmbs lose the rights to the WHOLE patent? is this a way thaat rmbs technology becomes PUBLIC DOMAIN?

this is a question that all rmbs longs should ask, but are too scared.
