Hi ts, your not knowing who Matthew Perry is is further evidence of the superiority of British culture. That ought to get 'em going on the Boxing Ring...

I was zipping around SI one day last week and found a long discussion of why Poet left SI, as well as some ugly gloating about the demise of liberal thought on this site. I realized that if the RWET regulars missed me enough to discuss me for days, then surely you guys wouldn't mind if I popped in regularly with interesting news items and OT chat.

And besides, I'm keeping an eye out for Polvie, who who enriches my day a wee bit every time I run into him.

You don't actually have to know who Mathew Perry is to get the joke, only that he's some young pretty face on TV. Although young may be a stretch by current Hollywood standards, but he's a guy so he can get by. You can check us.imdb.com ; # 11 is his primary credit, but # 8 looks a lot more impressive to me.
