Icahn just wants to make some fees - looks like they won't pay up for any stupid schemes:

Consummation of any financings under the facility is also subject to a number of conditions, including credit review of potential acquisition targets, lender due diligence of the acquisitions and other conditions to be set forth in the definitive credit agreement.


I would be surprised if GENI ever gets to draw down even a fraction of this credit line. If they do, you can be sure all tangible assets will be secured back to Icahn.
