OT- Actually, she is weened off (pacifier) during day.....we are working on the nitetime.....usually, after 10-20 minutes of sleep, it falls out of her mouth, and she keeps sleeping....

Problem is (about 3, 4 times a night)...she wakes up screaming, and if she gets the pacifer, she goes to sleep within seconds....without it, and if she screams for more than 5 minutes, then it takes even longer to get her to sleep......any tips you have to avoid this "wake-up" situation appreciated...

BTW- We wanted to go breast milk for longer (Bianca is 5+ months now), but my wife got mastitas (sp?)....very painful......we tried pumping after that, but as my wife likes to say, "how would you like it if your THING was put in a clamp-like device....well, you know the rest"..

Fortunately, Bianca took great to bottle/formula, and is very healthy. We are very lucky.

Again, any tips appreciated.....I'm definently a block-head father...Good thing I married a sharp girl <G>
