We are preparing if we take out 1268 to graduate to entirely new band that of 1328-1390, when I made that call at 11300 reversal (although 24th March bottom of DOW and 4th April NAZ bottom and SPX 1080 were equally called as people of disaster who sell everything was selling those two day too) I think that was a classic example of 17th May reversal that same 10400 low and now as we break the 10500 and move up from here the consolidation range is 1228-1267 for next five days once we take out the 1267 area we move very quickly to 1308-18 I see no reason for that 200 days ma as a big resistance if we can break that chain of recession hitting the economy, today’s GDP numbers have helped reduced fears and soon the numbers will come when after severe inventory correction that led to slow GDP we will see a 3.5% growth rate easily hit, again market will with next three months talk about worries from inflation but this time around, I hope AG will not pre-emptily try to raise the rates, the market has all the mechanism to contain inflation, these are roadmaps and like always we try to chart them here with a free mind well in advance, we shall revisit them at the appropriate time. I am extremely happy that thread is now back to its normal course and the posters are taking time and efforts to make this thing the best place in the town. I am grateful to all of you who have so patient and nice to go through the cyclical madness of this thread in time of severe selling. gg
