LOS ANGELES, Jun 29, 2001 (AP Online via COMTEX) -- Morgan Stanley & Co. has reached a $23 million settlement in a class-action suit that claimed the investment company was involved in swindling money from trust funds for victims of traffic crashes, botched medical procedures and industrial accidents, it was reported Friday.

yup, fortunately I traded HOC only once with good results. Never bought back in. I had bought GI planning on holding LT but cut my lossess at 5.5%
