Herb,

While Intel's investments in other companies can be considered, one must also remember the past (i.e. CMGI and ICGE)

The reason I brought up Intel Capital was that I have read a few analysts reports and not one mentioned Intel's investments and I found that odd.

After further research and wondering aloud, Intel's portfolio doesn't add that much shareholder value at this time.
