Hey Scott...while I've got you here...

What happened with the 16 million post:

siliconinvestor.com

and the 50 or so posts both before and after?

Thanks in advance,

Quahog

Scott,

What occurred is that those dumb idiots sent out a link that displayed the email address if you went to the link to unsubscribe. Instead of using email they set up a site where the parameter passed in the link is so obvious that anyone can change the parameter and get access to thousands of email addresses. They changed it today so it does not display the e-mail address but you can still go here and unsubscribe somebody for there own good.

zzz2.net

Copy the link and past it to the address line of the browser, change the number after the "?" and do someone a favor by unsubscribing them.

You guys and your providers are pitiful.

Scott,

One more thing. Why do you think it's acceptable to provide all our email addresses to providers that are completely reckless in their handling of email addresses? Partners posting them for anyone to see on the WWW, yet I bet if someone posts the link here among friends its gone.

Unsubscribe your friends here! An anonymous gift is the best gift of all!

zzz2.net

Change the number after the "?" help a deserving soul.
