Patricia,

My compliments to the people of the Bay Area. While I know that type of reconstructive surgery is a long and painfull process I hope that things go better than can be expected.

I'm sure that the conservatives here are equally concerned that the boys parents will file a frivolous law suit and reap great rewards. This could have been prevented if only there were appropriate caps on punitive damages.

There's a little difference between someone who doesn't want to work, and a child attacked by 3 pit bulls.

We have hearts and aren't afraid of "throwing some money at the problem".

I wouldn't consider this terrible attack "a problem". I would consider it a tragic incident.

I was talking about democrats buying votes by redistributing wealth. Take from the people who are responsible enough to work, and give it to the people who won't work because they don't want to. A little boy has nothing to do with my comments.

You really should read the posts if you're going to comment on them Pat.

If you'll send the address for the little boy's trust fund, I'd like to contribute.

Well. John Ashcroft, US Attorney General, doesn't have a heart. He doesn't care about the students
who died at Columbine. And he couldn't care about the men and women in our Police Departments
who put their lives on the line every day.

If Ashcroft cared about the welfare of others he wouldn't wants to limit the records that government agencies keep of background checks on gun buyers to ONE DAY!!!

Tonight, on TV, I heard the FBI say they needed at least 30 days.

But what is important to Ashcroft is that his actions please the National Rifle Assocation.

The National Rifle Association was a big contributor to the stagnant shrub that is our President and
to other Republicans as well.

ONCE AGAIN THE BUSH ADMINISTRATION CONFIRMS THAT WHAT IS REALLY IMPORTANT IS MONEY
AND THEIR ABILITY TO SUSTAIN THEIR OWN POWER.

Others who may die from poverty or gun fire just don't count, unless they have BUSH as a last name or
they are friends of his inner circle.
