Nasdaq isn't down. SOES and some other ECN(s) are, making it harder to do some trades, but the Naz isn't, last I heard.

EDIT: But man. . . volume has slowed to a trickle, and the bid/ask ranges I'm seeing don't totally correspond to the prices

NASDAQ is down and I ain't feeling so good, myself. Hopefully some journalistic enterprise will dig into this and give us the real story on NASDAQ's frequent computer/network/data problems. CNBC has been spending a little time with this..but apparently they have no real reporters to work on the story.
