Does the chart on FIG give any clues as to how it is calculated? Why is it predictive (I never did believe in NAIRU)?

Sam, my best advice is buy a subscription to RealMoney. At $150, I think it's the best investment a trader can make.

On another note, I certainly have gotten a hot hand lately. I can just think of buying puts or going short on a stock (QLGC in this case), and it goes up 10 dollars, about 20%, in a week.

I wish I had a hot hand. I turned a very good month into a small loser in a little over a week because I put big shorts on too soon. Zeev's advice is to cover. I'm stubborn, and I just don't believe the semi move is sustainable. I hope I don't get taught a lesson.

Oops, I also meant to say there's no other info.
