I got it....I got it!!!! It's sooo way cool and too fun! I made some country sausage and link sausage. I'm a guessing that you can figure which turned out better....oh well, it's my first try. Damn that's so much fun!! I's really getting into it and forgot to write down what little extra spices I added to the main recipe but I'm thinking I can figure it out. It only took most of the day yesterday....hope that's not too odd. Oh who the hell cares anyway.....I MADE MY OWN SAUSAGE!!!!!! PB
