Thanks Ron, I kept seeing news hits for MYNG but just figured it must be the earlier one, and never bothered checking for something new. Now I see a total of 7 releases/re releases for today on MyTrack. This is new too: Golden Eagle Swoops to Treble Holdings Bolivia, Jun 29, 2001 (BNamericas.com via COMTEX) -- Salt Lake City-based Golden Eagle International (OTCBB: MYNG) is tripling its Bolivian land holdings by acquiring three mining concessions totaling 60,000ha, 210km north of Santa Cruz city, the company announced. Golden Eagle is buying the mining concessions and related data from three Bolivian residents for 10 million Golden Eagle shares valued at US$300,000. Two of them will contribute to ongoing exploration. The company has already explored the properties which it considers to be highly prospective for extensive near-surface gold mineralization and deeper mineralized volcanogenic massive sulfide systems with gold and copper potential. Company president Terry Turner said the new acquisition was an opportunity for diversification of holdings "we could not pass up.'' Golden Eagle's focus has been on the Tipuani gold mining district in Bolivia, and it has just formed a wholly-owned Bolivian subsidiary to improve operational efficiency in the country.
