"That's what I mean. I know. I have been homeless decades ago. We didn't do the little cardboard sign thing then. I can remember sitting with my thumb out, trying to get a lift to a place where I would be able to work and watching thousands of cars full of people drive by unconcerned. Usually only for a couple of hours but other hitch hikers told me they had waited for days at an on ramp in a city. "If you ignore people...." I exist...fxxk the ignorant, they are too silly.
