Well, let me try to xplain. not! ggg

Seriously, the rebalancing of the RUT was to occur today. That coupled with the Nasdaq going down really put a kink into the big houses. CNN is just now reporting that the Instinet volume doubled after 3 PM, the big boyz were trying to get orders executed anyway they could.

OEX tried to close at a +0.5 or so, after the re-tally its now @ -3.5. I would normally use OEX to gauge if I put the 401K back into FMAGX or stay in cash. Fortunately I stayed in cash.

I have had some bids in on HON calls all afternoon but didn't get filled. Oh well, theres always Monday.

Good Luck

Paul Kellam
