Well, I think you should NEVER eat freshwater fish raw and even saltwater fish needs to be healthy and FRESH FRESH FRESH. I never make Sushi from fish around here. I'll take it from the west coast myself or maybe from far down on the eastern coast. But I won't eat it right out of the store. You should have been with me on my walk this morning. I all but got run over by a buck that came out of a treed ditch. He would have gone about 250 field dressed. Crossed the road and started grazing in the bean field about 100' away. Hehe. The buck thought he could just sit and let you pass, then thought better of it. That would have been fun to see, you hauling tail from a killer deer (grin). Blasts like that can really get you. I hope to get one of these monsters this season. I will be in your neck-o-the-woods (kinda) this year. I also have a moose hunt planned. Starting about now my mind begins to shift toward autumn and hunting. I love looking forward to this season, the cool autumn air, the leaves, open fires, camping. It is to me amongst the most special things in life.
