Here's what GENI does. GENI offers VCNT a buyout offer for say $100 mill or about $4 per share. GENI offers $50 mill in cash and the balance ($50 mill) in GENI stock. GENI picks up $40 mill in free cash in the exchange. however,I think the most likely target for GENI might be LFMN (Lifeminders.com) . LFMN has already put itself up for sale and has $50 mill in cash on hand.

GENI is like a "reverse CMGI"...
CMGI bought out dotcoms at HIGH premiums to asset value. however GENI, I believe, is going to buyout dotcoms at LOW premiums to asset value. very smart. no surprise to me that GENI got $100 mill credit line
