Now, Golden Eagle is prepared to prove up its gold resources and reserves with a $6 million mining operation and recovery plant on its Bolivian gold deposit. Am I wrong or isn't "prepared" equal to "ready" and would that not mean a $6 million mining operation is in place and all they need to do is throw a switch or something? Is this Sitricks work? Where's the contract?
