Give us a break Bill. There are individuals who are at fault in regard to the MSFT issue. If we punish the company, it is easy for those at fault to hide behind those kinds of charges and maintain their profits then move on to other deeds. Firestone Rubber is where we'll see the employees suffer for what some of the upper management did, the employees did what they were told and in most cases are innocent. Now you ask for the same in regard to MSFT? Get real...why haven't we seen a search warrant and the FBI grabbing the evidence to support these claims of MSFT crime?...politics...that is why. Ellison and Case are nothing but egos fighting for the throne. Rulings are just political unless based on hard evidence. I feel there is hard evidence, but if don't go for individuals who have behaved improper and in violation of the laws we do nothing to prevent it in the future. However, if we only seek out and punish the company...we fail and only gain revenge, which serves nobody. Why are you so set on a split of MSFT? It doesn't appear to have a thing to do with solving, punishing or preventing the alleged crimes.
