Scrapps, I'm not set on a split at all, and my earlier posts on this thread will bear that out. I don't quite agree with your suggestion that enforcement of law upon an entity should be based upon how much money they have. Your post, as I read it, directly said that Microsoft's size should provide leniency towards enforcement of law. Microsoft's counsel has said the same thing, too. They did that brilliant "Car Radio" counter, as well as 'The Ham Sandwich Defense'. Read about the case sometime.

I disagree with both of you. I think an equal law should apply, whether one is 7'9" or 5'4". And I'm not even one of those 'left-wing liberal' thingies. I just figured that you, me, Bill Gates, and AT&T should abide by the same rules.
