The odds of the rally continuing have been further reduced by bond market action. The big drop in 10-year yields from 5.5% to 5.12% earlier this month has been largely reversed with 10-year yields back to 5.4%. This has significantly increased the overvaluation of the S&P 500 based on the Fed's own valuation model.
