it's just a government location that has been designated #51.

There are many such areas. I've seen areas with 3 digits...
i don't remember where i saw it, but somewhere on the net you can find a listing of several hundred 'areas'....

try this: perscom.army.mil it is probably not this one though gov.nf.ca

Its a military base in Nevada where they build stealth fighter planes etc, it also became a hotbed for rumors of UFO's & some conspiracy theorists believe aliens are living in underground tunnels there! :-)
