People should consider carefully before they choose someone as an enemy Absolutely. If Mr. Asser can recognize that you are not the enemy of his cause, he may be able to address others in a less inflammatory manner. There is a much better test. Ollie's responses to Ms. Leeza's posts are what raised the red flag to many from what I have personally heard and from the posts that I have seen on this site. Ms. Leeza is a potential plaintiff. She knows the identity of many of the players. She knows many of the people who need to be subpoenaed. She knows what kind of evidence is out there and where to get much of it. She wanted to protect the potential class and the case. She was so fed up with being called a "would-be Propaganda Ministry employee" that she contacted the managing partner of the law firm about Ollie's behavior and provided the links to this thread. I hope the M.P. reads JXM's summary. They need to be aware of the representations and the behavior of the person who is making claims on their behalf. In my opinion, she will march right over to another law firm with all of her info if she finds out that this firm has been directing him to make these posts over the past few days. I hope JXM will consider making his post by tomorrow night.
